These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OxGo Logistics website and any freight, diesel, or warehousing services arranged through OxGo Logistics ("OxGo", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website or requesting a quote or booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

OxGo Logistics is a South African logistics broker. We connect customers with a trusted network of independent transport carriers, diesel suppliers, and warehousing partners. OxGo does not itself own or operate the vehicles, fuel supply, or storage facilities used to fulfil your booking, unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided by OxGo are estimates based on the information supplied at the time of the request and are subject to confirmation once full details of the job are known. Prices may vary depending on load size, distance, fuel prices, carrier availability, and other factors. A quote does not constitute a binding booking until confirmed in writing by OxGo.

3. Bookings and Payment

Once a quote is accepted, OxGo will confirm the booking and arrange the appropriate carrier or service provider. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking and must be honoured according to the agreed schedule. OxGo reserves the right to withhold or delay services where payment has not been received as agreed.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Depending on how far a job has progressed with our carrier network, cancellation fees may apply to cover costs already incurred, such as vehicle allocation or fuel commitments.

5. Carrier Network and Third-Party Providers

Services fulfilled through our carrier network are provided by independent third-party operators. While OxGo takes care in selecting reputable partners, OxGo is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, or performance of any third-party carrier, supplier, or service provider, except where such liability arises from OxGo's own negligence in the brokering process.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OxGo's liability for any claim arising from services arranged through us is limited to the value of the specific booking in question. OxGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, arising from the use of our website or services.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about the goods, quantities, collection and delivery locations, and any special handling requirements for your booking. OxGo is not responsible for delays, damage, or additional costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the OxGo website, including text, logos, and graphics, is the property of OxGo Logistics or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree to use the OxGo website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading, or harmful information through our contact or quote forms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or services provided by OxGo will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

OxGo may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
